• Trek to Portofino. This trek is a serious one and has many trails, some can take up to 5 hours. The start is a steep incline, with flights of stairs to reach the church of St. Rocco. The views are beautiful and you can see the city of Genova. We continue through a forest until we reach a crossroads, where we decide which trail to take? You can go to Portofino the long way or short way or just down to Santa Margherita. The trail has some wonderful views as we wind around the hillside through the forest. On the way down we pass and old mill that is well over 100 years old. We descend with incredible views of the hillsides, the sea and Portofino below.
